law makers need to study economics before making new bad laws effecting business.

there is an axiom in economics which states
what you tax you get less of what you subsidize you get more of.

Just focus on mismanaging the state budget. let the market place decide the pay scale.
first get the illegal immigrants out of NH they drag down the pay rates for everyone in NH because they are willing to work for less under the table then race off to the welfare office and get tax payers to subsidize the substandard wages they work for.

remove illegals from the work place and companies needing employees will have to pay a living wage to attract workers.

No new taxes or regulations, look at the big tax picture here,
government at every level takes too much money out of the American economy we are going to become a over taxed over regulated third world county drowning in debt.
