East El Paso's Three Legged Monkey wins legal fight against city, can stay

After months of being embroiled in a legal battle that U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Christopher Mott characterized as on ongoing saga, he ruled Friday that the Three Legged Monkey could stay as long as it paid any debts and personal property taxes it may owe within 30 days.
