After months of being embroiled in a legal battle that U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Christopher Mott characterized as on ongoing saga, he ruled Friday that the Three Legged Monkey could stay as long as it paid any debts and personal property taxes it may owe within 30 days.

Hopefully He also wins out later. The city cannot have that much money in the city coffers to arbitrarily buy this Center. They have dedicated $50 million for the baseball stadium. Anyway by the time this whole thing goes back through the courts the Mayor and Susie Byrd will be out of office and cooler heads will prevail.
