Non-profits are not what they use to be. For instance, in Estes Park all ' non-profits' have paid positions whether you are talking Crossroads, Eliz. Guild thrift shop, etc. There are paid positions. I always thought non-profits meant volunteers only! Not so here!

be hurt by anything? They are non profits. Hence they can't make money or lose money. They are non profits, meaning no profit. Right?

The problem of these non-profit organization is that thy struggle to have a good leader in a team... Then, all their projects also struggle. It is logical.
