Hamburg passes tentative budget with 1 percent tax hike
The Hamburg School Board unanimously passed a tentative budget with a 1 percent tax increase for 2012-13 at its meeting Monday night.

Yeah let's raise taxes even more and push out incoming families looking to buy a house. Hopefully PA pushes through this garbage and finally sees that property and school taxes are hurting this state more than anything else.

..... Given that there is a need of surpluses instead of deficits, a few months ago I suggested that ALL tax rates be increased by 1% this year, and again by 1% next year.

Maybe if republican governor instead of giving the natural gas and petrol industry tax breaks instead should tax them like every other state look at republican Governor Corbett's 2012-2013 budget would see why we don't need republicans in PA keep that backwards thinking in the South.
