The Avalon in Mamaroneck resembles a project in the Bronx. Once a jewel in the sound shore area, now a place not to live. What makes it bad, The maintenace manager does not follow through on projects, Is letting the place go downhill, garbage piles high on weekends sometimes, exposed wires, uncovered fan blades, door handles falling off, replacing items with make-shift items. Not the community managers fault by maintenance manager Albert needs to be replaced with someone who cares about the building and residents. We don't like be lied to! Someone needs to step up and get this building back to where it was if you want to charge high rents... FEDUP!
