Agreed. Nor does the article mention that Duke's stock has fallen nearly 25% in the past 6 months. Employees are very unhappy. Duke is firing ("downsizing") long term employees left and right to recoup losses. People with 15-26 years with the company are being let go for the "cheaper" new models. Management is cutting costs to the bone, and not keeping up with its formerly stellar job perfomance.

This is a company with many problems...beware investors.

Sounds like "Savvy insider" works for a competitor because most of what is stated is false. The stock has fallen recently along with all other REITs.
