Officials for the state Consolidated Public Retirement Board have threatened to take the town of Pratt to court if town officials don't come up with a plan to pay more than $36,000 in overdue retirement contributions by the end of the week.
This is so funny. The "Town" does not owe this, the water company does. Take the water company to court, not the "Town."
