The North Las Vegas City Council should slow down on voting for this proposal. Both side should present their case in writing and these discussions should be submitted to all of North Las Vegas' residents. A website should also be created for residents to review.

If this is allowed to occur then North Las Vegas may as well just go bankrupt now and save all of us the pain of watching a city decay into another Detroit. This for profit company that is suppose to "Save" us from ourselves are the same fat cats who created this mess in the first place. Out to profit again from the backside of these at best shady deals. I keep paying my mortgage even through I am under water by 200 K. Let the banks feel the pain too.
