The price of condos has been on a steady rise over the past decade and there is no signs of it cooling down anytime soon. A rapid rise in interest rates would possibly cause a dent in the housing prices, but the chances of bank increasing their rates to 5-6% anytime soon are rather slim.

There were no signs of the Florida condo market cooling down anytime soon in 2005. But hurry up and buy now before you're left out. Things are different now. Prices can only go up.
