Obama has first hand knowledge of the consequences of this endeavor.
He had his fingers up to his elbows in persuading banks in the Chicago area to make high risk loans to people with no means of repaying.
One can only assume this is another direction in Obama's plan to bring our economy to the point where complete government take over is the only solution to a major depression.
