Westcap has already worked on one house that demonstrates new money and energy saving technology. I look forward to watching how this development works.

Obviously not a professor of economics could have saved time effort,cash stayed home and called local law inforcement I'm sure they coulda offered a little insight on his "project" maybe the energy saving technology is the house has mandatory leg bracelets
