Well, they gotta start somewhere,
but the really big criminals are still up in their
mahogany paneled offices boinking the young secretaries,
smoking dope and planning their next raid on the economy.

The whole wall street system is crook though it's not criminal in a sense that the government not only approve of it they actually thinks it helps run the economy or in fact consider it to be the economy.
