In it, Sacramento Bee Newspaper reports that:Laura Biggs pictured in her Rialto, Calif., home on Nov. 25, 2013, is scheduled to lose her home nine days before Christmas because her mortgage company concluded that the house is no longer the primary residence of her husband, who's been dead since 2003.

The bank is foreclosing because she stopped paying her property taxes and insurance premiums. The fact that she neglected to tell the bank after her husband died and waited to get the paperwork fixed years later after she ran into trouble didn't help. That headline is bogus.
