Give us your feedback on a more resilient Jersey Shore: Rebuild by Design competition was established by President Obama, and recommended by the Hurricane Sandy Rebuilding Task Force, Rebuild by Design seeks to inspire 10 teams of architects to develop innovative ways to rebuild a more resilient region.
One of the teams made of up Boston design firm, Sasaki, worldwide engineering firm, Arup, and local partner, Rutgers, is developing new ideas for creating a resilient Jersey shore.
They are seeking the feedback and input from residents of the shore, and seasonal renters and second homeowners as well. They have created a digital tool, and I ask that you share this with your networks, on your website, and through your mailings, social media, and newsletters in order to aid in the development of feasible design solutions: http://rebuildbydesign.crowdgauge.org/
