He's just got to get a Sterling Silver trophy from FDLE for attempting this gig, with such arrogant stupidity!

It's really funny the more you think of it, and the actual victim loses their credit too!

Hey a good reporter would have investigated who is Gene Dodge? You might have found that he was a former police officer in the city of Coconut Creek. If it is the same Gene Dodge, what a change in his life course.

Let's set the record straight:
1. The FDLE complaint was filed by a Democratic floosey who's husband is serving time in jail for murder and now works for the Broward Union (after working at the DEC and Planned Parenthood who couldn't wait to get rid of her).
2. She filed the frivilous complaint in an attempt to get back at Shak because he saw her for what she was and wanted her off his campaign.
3. The FDLE investigated and found something out about a DONOR to Shak's campaign --- NOT SHAK.
4. Shak is a qualified, honorable man who has fallen victim to the mudslingling slime politics that has infested Broward County since Judy Stern came to town. Now we have Judy Stern wannabes.
How sad for us.

gene dodge is one of the most genuine people in the world i have ever met. He is a family man who's life has been turned upside down by this whole episode . I don't know this sheriff but if he and his cohorts dont step forward and clear Genes name then shame on them and your justice system . Thank you Gene and Cathy for everything you have done for me.

Did a FDLE Special Agent Abuse Position and Taint an Investigation?
The short answer is a resounding YES. This investigative journalist has had an opportunity to review certain documentary evidence, and taken interviews and spoken to the investigations target in reaching the conclusions. The documentary evidence includes an e-mail from the FDLE Special Agents official e-mail address that admits to the motivation of the investigation.
The investigation was fuelled by political motivations and personal relationship biases in targeting the subject. The harm caused to the subject and his family is incalculable. The damage caused to the American Criminal Justice Process, Due Process and Criminal Procedures without being checked would be irreparable.
Criminal acts require a mens rea (the criminal intent). The Perpetrators need Motive, Opportunity and Means. We here in the first of a series of articles are going to methodically, surgically, and rationally display with incontrovertible evidence and facts the role played by the FDLE Special Agent, and his co-conspirators. The deals made and Gestapo type intimidation tactics used in securing affidavits – on which Probable Cause was established to pursue and bring down the target of the investigation. The investigation target – the real victim, had his life threatened by colleagues of the Special Agent as with the safety of his family. The victim having nowhere to turn but flight to seek a safe harbour from which to fight – fight with hard and irrefutable evidence, some admittedly from the Special Agent himself and from those consumed in the camp of corruption, abusing their public position seemingly to protect their own positions from being investigated in the future.
The corrupt investigator from FDLE is none other than Special Agent – James Futch. The investigative target and victim is former Commissioner Shahrukh Dhanji (State of Florida – Human Relations), who stood to run for Sheriff of Broward County, Florida. Dhanji was an outsider from those wielding power in Broward County. Someone from the outside who would be a threat to those who recognized their days of business as usual would not long prevail should he be elected.
In successive weeks articles revealing documentary facts of this tainted investigation, and the people involved, indeed intoxicated by the illusiveness of power that ended up abusing their own trusted position of public service.
Special Agent Futch wrote in an e-mail referring to Commissioner Shahrukh Dhanji –“There are some powerful political people who would like to see this man arrested”
