So you think it won't happen to you?
Delivery was short & told I have to await till Junfor cupboard doors, two larders unable to use as there is no mecognisoms. Installation appalling. By the time we scours the missing items the kitchen is not cheap!

When it eventually arrived in good condition , the " fitters " turned up , screwed through water pipes etc , completely unproffesional stay away !!!!!!!!!!

well its 18 th feb and the last bits have arrived excepting the corner filler strip which was never replaced so will have to repair the original damaged one oh and one of the 300 wall cupd doors is a banana ( ie very deformed out by 10mm on a 715 door) have put it in shower with weight on it to try and straighten it in steam

It took 4 extra deliveries and 2 1/2 months but I think its all here now

hi have u got a number for this company as i bought my kitchen a year ago & due to house renovation im just getting round to fitting it now but i cant find the paper work or if you have an address where my husband can go & speak to them face to face about it

march 3rd sink replaced and corner post too sadly new items when unpacked also damaged before fitting and tap hole missing from sink but much better that those sent back in December so this thread closed for me

The fitter was useless I cant even open my freezer drawers because the door cant open wide enough, cubards are missalined, worktops badly joined. plumbing leaked under sink and warped cubard and still waiting for drawer front after endless phonecalls. Does anyone know where the factory is.?

China I think but the office is near Bolton I never used their fitters and the cheaper the kitchen the better the fitters need to be of course that's no the way it ever is

scum bags, ordered kitchen from Lancashire interior home designs, plan written on unreadable paper, ordered sept 13 but planner was told not being fitted until 2014, when kitchen arrived checked box's with plan seemed ok but now fitting kitchen it does not fit to kitchen it was planned for short of doors, 1 broken unit and they just fobb u off when u try to speak to them absolutely livid

I have done the same as u ordered last year fitting now 2014 ordered mine from lancashire interior home designs who i presume are the same company the number i have is 01254457964 having problems with them myself scum bags

This kitchen company are disgusting! Any one that has posted a positive comment are working for them.

Ordered a Maple shaker and got Oak slab, called, got told by Toni i must have ordered it wrong, i said look at the invoice, she said, must have been out of stock so we sent you another one?

All you get is put on hold, they dont care one bit, they have your money.

Only order from companies that allow credit card payment! Thats why these only accept cash, the credit card companies insurance would steam roll them

Well actually you dint have to pay a design fee if you do a drawing yourself ! You have a better chance of it working and you must call off the items as they are delivered and Not Pay when items are missing
but I am not using them for my next project you can buy a kitchen as cheap elsewhere who are easier to get at when things go wrong but you do tend to get what you pay for !

Things always go wrong
To get a trouble free kitchen installed you will pay a lot more I used to buy 40 kitchens a day for a housing consortium in the N. W and cheap spelt trouble 1/4 was wrong I also bought 15. A week for a developer and spent twice as much but 1/ 15 didn't work or fit ikea home base Bowden magnet Paula rosa symphony use em all they all have issues we always bought more kitchens than we fitted!

I had a kitchen with these 2 years ago,i was so excited as i was moving into a new home. I picked my colour ect and payed cash for the kitchen. I had my own fitter as my brother did it for me. It took him so long and he said was the worst kitchen hes ever fitted. They didnt send me a few thing that i needed. Handles and inside of the draws. So i rang them and they said theyd send the rite thing back out. I had the wrong things again. I contacted them and said they then sent mt more doors and the wrong handles. I tired getting hold of them so many times and theyd keep me on hold for so long. It was like getting blood out of a stone. No hope. Im a single mum with three children, one disabledive been through 5 opperations with her and been living in and out of hospital. So there for being in hospital and cannot get theough to this company i gave up. Ive noe rang them.again 2 years down the line, yes its a long time but ive seriously hadthe hardest time of my life, for a 23 year old woman. I rang and askedcould we just exchange the things that i had given wrong the second time my answer was no you have to pay for more things, i wanted to extend the furniture also so was willing to pay forthat obvioysly, she said well we may not have your design now sorry, without even asking what design it was!i feel let down and upset. I am going to take this further and have all the evidence i need.
