Yes you are right, do not touch them, sadly we did, find them on ebay, lot of hype, customer promise, my ass !.
faulty colours, grey not white, damaged units x 2. over a month now of phone calls, hanging on hold for over 40 minutes, nearly every day. All we want is someone to answer us and supply us withe right colour unit drawer fronts. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK.

I agree, rec'd dmaged goods, wrong colour drawer fronts, after over a month of repeated phone calls, no replies, being put on hold for over 45 minutes listening to crap music. found them on ebay, customer promise, yeah right ! " I am only the switchboard" is all you hear, when you get through to the company, rude ignorant and " I cant promise anyone will take your call"
I am reporting them to trading standards.

t seems that I am not alone. I have joined the ever increasing club of victims of Martin Sersen's shoddy kitchens, non existent customer services and illegal practices. You've heard the story, its the same as everyone else's; kitchen carcasses with broken and chipped screw holes, wrong size doors, chipped end panels, NO PAPERWORK FOR RECEIPTS/INVOICES/GUARENTEES etc etc. Like everyone else, I have had the waste of time and phone call charges on line to "customer services" that I strongly suspect doesn't even exist and several unanswered emails.

I have 2 questions that I would love you to help me with please.

1. Has anyone had problems with the electrical goods they send as mine is not yet fitted and I'm scarred of what I'll find?

2. How can I/we stop this from happening to others and get recompense for the faulty goods?

I am a firm believer in justice and really have a bee in my bonnet about anybody who tries to rip me off. I will fight this all the way. I plan to start with trading standards, then go down the legal route.I WILL TAKE THIS MAN AND HIS COMPANIES DOWN!

Thank you for your support.

ps, scam companies are renowned for joining blogs on sites like these to dispel concerns about their integrity. IT DOESN'T WORK ON ME! I CAN SEE STRAIGHT THROUGH YOU.

Agree with all comments above - worst experiance of my life, probably spent 10 hours on phone sorting damaged, wrong and missing parts ( still missing after 3 months ). Not sure but suspect this company may be new offshoot of Maple Industries and Gruber kithens as featured on rogue traders - Be aware you thought

First, the warehouse couldn't read the sales rep's record of the contract so I had to tell them what had been ordered. Then they forgot to arrange for a fitter to come on the agreed day. Then the fitter put the sink in the wrong place and left a big gap between the worktop and the wall.
They agreed to supply and fit a new worktop. They sent 3 worktops with either no or wholly inadequate wrapping so they all arrived damaged.
Finally an undamaged worktop arrived and after only a fortnight's delay the fitter came to fit it but demanded further payment for doing the work. When I explained that the company had agreed to refit the worktop free of charge he told me to "piss off."
I then agreed with "Dean" the installation manager to get my own fitter to do the work and send the bill to them. I did so but my emails were blocked. A letter failed to achieve any payment so I am £220 out of pocket.
Apart from one occasion when a girl was polite everyone I dealt with seemed to have been trained to be rude and uncooperative or sarcastic. I had to make over 11 telephone calls several of which lasted over 40 minutes. I was cut off several times once while I was still talking. The installation manager even denied that the company had contracted to fit the kitchen units.
You will deal with this company at your peril!

I ordered a kitchen from this company after having a design visit. I asked for one of the kitchens advertised on the website at a set price along with some additional cabinets. The designer rang the company on the day of the visit to check this was possible, they agreed this was OK. I paid the required £100.00 deposit and waited for the phone call from the company to confirm my order. When they rang they said the a kitchen I ordered did not include the wooden trims as advertised, rude staff not existent customer services. I rang today to arrange delivery for my kitchen and was told they were cancelling my order as the designer should not have given me the kitchen I ordered. I have a signed document/contract listing what I have ordered and saying I had paid the deposit, I now want to get my money back and think I might have had a lucky escape considering the comments from people who did receive their kitchens

Interior Home Designs of Rossendale, uber kitchens blah blah

It’s a real shame people are still getting ripped off by this company

I purchased a kitchen 12 months ago – its was basically fire wood!!!

Kitchen cupboards were smaller then the plan didn’t fit the wall correctly

All draws need building from scratch – hold drilling etc

Gas hobb was fatally dangerous as leaked!!!!!, cooked was some Turkish number that I could even find the name on Google

Extractor fan did not even fit the in the cupboard and door was faulty

They scam you by saying do not pay until you are satisfied with the order. You have no time to check as the drivers (who are normally big guys) says he has come from far, is generally aggressive, in a rush and you have no time to check the condition and quality of the goods. I tried to get a refund and encountered the now legendary rude management woman, She basically told me “to do one”.

Please, please, please GO to Ikea or something – they will give you a no quibbles guarantee on decent quality goods

I have absolutely NO idea how this company manages to continue trading. The 'designer' got the order wrong, I spent ages trying to rectify it. There were so many damaged items, mismatching colours, rubbish quality materials, warped worktops, worktops that were different thicknesses, missing components etc etc. The list goes on and one. Our experienced carpenters and builders had seen nothing like it before....and it took them ages to put it together which defeats the object of a cost effective kitchen. It has taken me months to sort the problems out....and I only wish I had spent a little bit more and gone somewhere reputable. Each tiem there is a problem, you have to go through customer services - the business model is to keep you waiting and be as offensive as possible to try and encourage you to "drop it" or go away.'Customer services' treat you like ****. They hang up on you, can't find your records, are SO rude. When you ask to speak to a manager - the response is that no manager (not even the one that is in charge of customer services)- or Martin Serser - that owns this "company" - talk to customers.
Please do yourself a HUGE favour and avoid this lot like the plague. They are crooks and bullies that should be put out of business.

DO NOT BUY FROM INTERIOR DESIGNS OF ROSSENDALE! They are know under lots of name the address on the "kitchen plan" is an empty office and just a mail drop and the e-mail address is non existent. We paid £2,500 and only able to use 5 units. several phone calls to the rude customer service and basically will not be getting any help. We checked this site a while back and there were good review but just realised this was just when they changed their name and its actually staff typing up good reviews. I could go on and on as I am so angry I fell for this scam just hope they get whats coming to them

The worst patronising, rude and sarcastic 'customer service agents'I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. How do they get away with this? Our oven is faulty and burning the adjoining units! They are dismissive and the operaters sound like people from The Jeremy Kyle Show.
Trading standards are going to hear from me NOW!

Obviously they don't take any notice of comments made. We were delivered a kitchen at beginning of Dec and I thought lovely all fitted for Xmas. We have been left with incomplete kitchen and unfinished for Xmas. My husband who is on high doses of morphine was told it was our fault we hadn't check it when it was delivered . Anyone took legal advise on this matter or contact Trading Standards

Wren kitchens opened day after order and will price match and cabinets ready built

DO NO USE kitchens Uber Manchester kitchens or anyone who is really home design Rossendale you don't need to any more for price but don't think oh if I don't pay on delivery they will have to supply missing bits think again they wont accept difficiencies at all if you don't pay they are really rubbish people
