As the housing market continues to rebound in Arizona and across the nation, one mortgage lender is offering an altruistic twist on the home-buying process.

Through their “Charity Advantage” loan program, Arizona-based Nation’s Choice Mortgage is donating 100% of the interest profits earned during the first year of new mortgage loans to charity. The program applies to 30-year fixed-rate residential mortgages.
