House prices in London rise by 7%
The figures from the Land Registry, which records property prices in England and Wales, show the average London home now costs A 365,000. ..... Prices rise usually after the end of a recession. Then expect unions to again denand more for less which pushes prices up even more, causing the next union demand; and the inflation spiral goes up and up and up.
