So unemployment stays at 8% to 10% for neary 4 years, suddenly the month before the election it falls 3 tenths of a percentage point? Is that what Obama wants me to believe? Sorry. I know I was born in the morning, but it wasn't yesterday morning
Since you were never going to vote for Obama anyways, it doesn't really matter what you believe.

You think I am the only one who knows the government is lying about their numbers? I am not. There are many people who are on the fence after Obama's horrible showing Wednesday. Lying about this might be all they need to say this is the last straw, and vote Republican. Or stay home. People really are fed up with the lying

Nope, only those already committed to voting for Romney are stupid enough to think the BLS can lie about the unemployment numbers.

How many people just gave up looking. All this time into going down the toilet and all of a sudden it does down 2 tenths of a point?

I cant wait for the debate when they talk about international affairs and Obama gets his butt handed to him over our invaded embassys and dead diplomats.

Obama is a fraud.

7.8%. Baby we are on a roll. This economy is smoking.

What if Bush tried for reelection with 7.8% unemployment -- I wonder.

Against Kerry? Shrub would probably still have won. That's what happens when you put up crappy candidates- Kerry, McCain, Romney, etc.

7.8% is obama's best. 7.8% is Bush's worst. One is a victory dance, the other a testicle neuter.

If Americans only knew what Bush was going to do to our economy in the last year of his 2nd term.

We tried to tell you, but the sheeple refused to listen. Had we elected Hillary in '04 we could have averted the economic meltdown.

When will you sheeple ever learn.........

Kind of funny, that all the other unemployment numbers stayed the same or went up as in the part time and under-employed workers!!

Those are lame accomplishments because most were NOT BARACK'S WORK and the others are NOT EVEN TRUE.

Barack can't get Obamacare passed because it was mismanaged and chaotic.

In terms of real accomplishments though, he logged more hours at golf than at economic meetings and published beer recipes. He also did well giving out free phones as a trinket salesman, which is no great feat because I can use a credit card as well as any spender if I wanted.

I CAN HARDLY WAIT UNTIL THE ELECTION IS OVER SO WE DON'T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH YOUR LAME SAD PATHETIC EXCUSES AND LIES ABOUT BARACK'S GRANDEUR.

Did hillary even run in 2004?

What difference does it make to you anyway. It's the survival of the fittest right?

Unfortunately for the country Hillary didn't run in '04. The country would have been spared a lot of pain & suffering.

Just because I believe the sheeple are too stupid to prevent the coming economic/social/environmental collapse doesn't mean it HAS to happen. Reelecting Shrub was just another indication that it likely WILL happen.

It's like the story of the ant and grasshopper. It's better to prepare now. Another guy like Bush might get elected again.

In the meantime, 7.8%. This economy is screaming.

The economy is better than it was 4 years ago, better than it was 3 years ago, better than it was 2 years ago, and better than it was last year.

A SLOW recovery is STILL better than NO recovery, or going backwards like things likely would under Romney.

Thank you Obama, America is on the right track. 7.8% is a great number despite what Bush and the Reps did to nearly ruined this country.
