shouldn't they have ethics NOW.

ethics is part one ones character.
and
character is defined as what one does, when no one is watching.........

the city employees need to learn this? looks like we have more problems in Bridgeport government than we can imagine.

I'll credit them with ethics when Ayala's mother, registrar of voters, is fired for claiming not to know where her daughter lived. That was an obvious lie, one which went right to the heart of her job.

Unfortunately it seems that there are a LOT of people in Bridgeport (and elsewhere) that are ethically bankrupt. And no amount of 'teaching' can fix that.

Jobs they're being taken by immigrants who don't mind doing the work. A look through craiglist jobs any local newspaper reveals loads of jobs for manual labor.The jobs are there but we have entitlement issues that make us think we're too good.
