Lend America Closes Down After FHA Cancels Approval

This was a great company and 600 people are now out of jobs during the holiday and what to say to thise who have kids. there may have been mistakes made but we took action to make the correction and contihue with our business and helping people. But we didnt have to get shut down from mistakes from 2002. We have been doing everuthing by the book. We shiold have received warnings and a fine not put people out of work. the gov is supposed to be saving jobs not destroying them.

Lend America has still not paid of my old mortgage. We closed over a month ago. I call and get nothing but the run around. We are quickly running out of options. Is there anyone out there that can help?

Mistakes from 2002? Never did business with this company until Oct 2009, and I got screwed!! They have not paid off my 1st mortgage. That makes my loan fraudlent because they were not supposed to be doing 2nd mortgages,( because they failed to pay off the 1st loan, my loan with them made them the 2nd mortgage). They are so screwed up no can find out anything about their loans. We finally got our credit straight and now these a..holes are screwing it up. I dont feel sorry for any ex-employees. Michael Ashley has you all brainwashed that you were doing the right things. What about these people who will lose their homes because of LA incompetence? What about the families out of $$$$ at Christmas? What about all of those who dont have enough money for other bills because they are paying 2 mortgages? Please, wake up. You were working for a CROOK. He has done this before and will do it again. And I bet he will sell out all of the ex-employees just to save himself. If there is a way I can make him be held accountable I will find it. If not, I am sure there will be a lynch mob waiting for him in some dark corner, so he better watch out.
