Nice. Thanks for trying to deflect some of the garbage posted about wanna be Yost. But it does not work, Dave is still inept. But go ahead and set a date for the patio. Make sure Toasty Yosty is invited too. He could explain his lack of prosecution. Heck, invite Dunlap. I hear she is out on bail.

Go to delaware county clerk of courts-public access and type in Denise Dunlap. This woman owes over $200,000 in back sales taxes on top of the 26 felony charges. You better schedule your party at Nova's quick as the next time you are there Mr. Yost will be running the Nova's if he allows it to stay open. She is burn toast. Anybody heard from her girlfriend Frances?

has delaware ever cared about tax delinquents? we even have some in office. even deb henthorn, who costs the county money, had delinquent taxes for YEARS; and no one cared. she screamed and yelled at officials, and no one said a word. the paper was ready to break the story, then she had the money to pay. convenient.
so why would you expect the county or city to care about a felon without any income?

but you forgot to mention Delaware has the fired chamber director, based upon the chamber audit "cooked" the books. Like Denise, Charlotte does not make her mortgage payments as her Sandusky Street house is subject continually foreclosure actions. So you are right why would you expect the county or city to care about felon's without any income.

Disgusting. The chamber audit indicated NO wrongdoing. The Josephs may have had some hard times, but they have kept their private affairs private and appear to have emerged on the successful side of hardship. Unlike Roger Collum who lost a house to forclosure or Jan Antonoplos, who has a half million dollar income tax lien.

It's time to give up that old song and dance. No one believes it anymore.

Didn't that happen like three years ago? Hasn't the Chamber plummeted since then? I read where they "downsized" by moving and that their board is a list of nobodies in town. Isn't Denise's squeeze the director now? Maybe they need to investigate the chambers books to see if any money left there to bail out Denise.

I still cannot wrap my head around why a tanning facility was considered worthy of taxpayer funded economic development funds. I am going to have to cash in savings to pay taxes and it just goes for just waste and fraud. No one really cares. I am so discouraged.

I worked for her. I named the place, NOVA (It was on a list, under N's). I also assisted the build-out while I was GM of Network Restaurant & Video Bar. WTF is a Video Bar? Anyway, I bought it, I needed the work. She finally settled with me for $3500.00. Which was no where near my loss, especially after Huntington went after me. This lady is more evil than you know. I know her well. She screwed me, almost destroyed me financially. Keep clear and do not repeat her name.

I recently found out that it is re-opened as Generations, not sure of the ownership. 3rd Degree has been closed awhile after Denise had a falling out with her "Friend". Whomever bought the location got a steal. The Air Conditioning alone was worthy of a much larger place...

Have you been in yet? I wonder if the food is any good? It will be at least fifteen months until Denise can find out.
