Potential buyers need to do their homework. Check the bonafides of any real estate entity Check w/Bette Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce to get a sense of the repurtation in this community of selling and buying property. Also check with the City Hall Builing Dept. to check out the history of the property for sale.
Whether it meets code compliance. As in clean air, lead paint concerns, plumbing, electrical wirng, Radon, formaldyhyde, indoor air pollution. Paint condition. Foundation support. When last repaired.
Too many cities in this alleged free country have cheated home and business buyers with less than full disclosure or transparency of need to know details of property for sale.
