This post is absolutely on point. In this age, there are many predators with the skills to easily acquire personal finacial information of a person and reap havok on that person's finances. Its just as important to protect your finical information as it is the assets attached to said information. Additionally, for privacy purposes, many people use trusts to avoid the public record component of the process of probating a Will.
