Credit card ratings don't mean jack when lenders look at "debt ratios" instead before giving you a loan.

You could have an awesome credit card rating but a crummy "debt ratio", and still be denied a loan or a new credit card.

Let's say you already have a HUGE loan but are on minimum wage. Even if you have a good credit card rating, it will be hard to get ANOTHER loan, because your "debt ratio" sucks.

well, that makes a whole lot of sense actually. AVL is the 6th in CC debt. They always "expect" us to shop locally, spending as much as we possibly can.

Yet, they refuse to give living wages to the citizens of this country so... Money out the window, very little money coming into your pocket.
Stop shopping the local stores in Asheville! You don't need to put yourself in debt.

Huh? Have you ever made any sense? Do you read your posts before you "Post Comment?"

Who is "They" and how in the dickens can "They" give "citizens of this country" or you a "living wage?"

What a whiny whack-a-doodle you are.

The credit/debt is being run up by rightwing, conservative, T-Bagging rednecks who charge their beer/booze/cigerettes/sex and everything else on credit cards. The "hippie" crowd in Asheville usually don't qualify for credit cards nor use them, unless they are "daddy's" and then they don't bounce, like redneck cards do. Any money they get goes for their jacked up trucks, booze, gambling and women, most live from paycheck to paycheck, which is sporadic, and then they borrow, steal and charge or defraud to fulfill their vices, while their kids go hungry and shoeless.

This city is a DUMP! You can't even buy something in this city without having city employees accusing you of stealing it before you get home... TWICE!

Heh, heh, heh, I have NO credit card debt, no debts, all my houses/cars/property is paid for, all I have is recurring living expenses and the occasional cc debt which I pay off when I get the bill. Sorry your life/financial situation is so bad,$50K is a lot of debt for your Social Security check to pay off.

This is the first time I had ever applied for a loan. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the staff that answered any of my questions to the application process. Once this had all been completed the money was transferred quickly into my account. I will definitely be recommending 911PDAY .COM ( http://goo.gl/OfrBxM ) too my friends and family.
