I tried this earlier but I don't think it went through. Over a year ago I signed over my half interest to my home to the co-owner. They refinanced in their name only. The amount left on the mortgage was all mine, but less than my half of the equity in the home. I could not pay the mortgage anymore. The co-owner had finished paying thier half of the original mortgage. I am in deep credit card debt and since the state where I live you can not protect your home from bankruptcy I can not go that route because it would impact the former co-owner. From what I am told the court can go back a min of 4yrs, to see how personal property was handled. This is all my doing and it would not be right for me to cause the former co-owner any more problems, since they now have a mortgage. I am moving out in the next couple of months and I will not be able to continue paying on the credit cards so I am going to stop and start saving in hopes of trying to nego a settlement for less than owed. I may never be able to pay all back and my main concern is if the credit card companys can put alien on my former home.

This is the first time I had ever applied for a loan. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the staff that answered any of my questions to the application process. Once this had all been completed the money was transferred quickly into my account. I will definitely be recommending 911PDAY .COM ( http://goo.gl/44kQUQ ) too my friends and family.
