If you can get out fo dodge go for it. They will get tired of chasing you. Once they find out you are not in the country they will freeze. Screw the big bad wolf.

I dont think they will trace you all the way to Israel. Because you owe more than 1 credit cards company so I assume the total amount you owe is scattered through various banks, therefore, i dont think they will try to chase you because it would probably cost them more to try to find out where you are in the world and even once they find out where you are, they probably don't have any luck getting some money back. So you're home free if you stay there old man.

Credit card debt is unsecured debt. Therefore, they can get your bank account but not your car or land or house. Give them the big finger as they are usurious and loan sharking and move on: http://www.bank-abuse.com

I doubt they will find you there. Credit card companies are so inefficient. You'll be dead befoe they realise you're not in the US.

Hi
I feel it is not possible to run away without paying the debt. The bank authorities will trace thorough proper channels.

I feel sorry for you Meshulam because at your old age you still have this credit card problem. Anyway, what I know credit cards companies will pass on to a collection company all accounts that are unpaid for a long time. Usually, these collection companies are patient in locating those people they have to collect from. So, there is a possibility that they will find you. In order to save you the trouble of going into court, I suggest that you talk with your creditors and arrange for a repayment schedule that you can afford and you can keep. Tell them your real situation. Some credit card companies will just write off your debts if they see that collecting from you is hopeless or impossible.

If you have no assets why not file for bankruptcy? I own a home so I cannot file for either chapter 7 or 11. I had to find another way to reduce all my card debt. This man Sherman helped me get down to paying just 25-30% of each card we're almost done. I'm hoping he can get one down to 20%.
he's at this email help@settlebankdebt.com if you have to settle your cards.

This is the first time I had ever applied for a loan. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the staff that answered any of my questions to the application process. Once this had all been completed the money was transferred quickly into my account. I will definitely be recommending 911PDAY .COM ( http://goo.gl/44kQUQ ) too my friends and family.
