Had a Capital One card that was fixed rate of 9.9% they jacked it to 15 +%. They said I did not opted out I asked for the letter they sent me they said they could not give it to me I had to write to them instead. This is BS some lawyer should investagate this bait and switch. Again as before who would opted for a bigger interest rate they should be needing our signature first. Recourse, join the TEA PARTY Movement and throw all the incumbents out of congress. They are all a bunch of Shysters one way or another.... and or somebody start a class action suit against these guys...PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

We all have the same situation. We've paid these banks over and over again while they continue to be greedy charging egregious interest rates as high as 29% to the less fortunate who can't keep pace with the rising payments. So who is the one considered to be immoral or unethical if you keep paying and 90% of your payment is interest? It is not you, it is the greedy credit card banks.
There is a solution to end the debt nightmare in the next 18 months legally and paying those balances they say you owe for small pennies on the dollar. Just Google "zero credit card debt" or "credit card debt resolution", due your research and learn how this is an amicable means to resolve your unsecured debt.

Advantages of Using a Prepaid Credit Card

There are many benefits to using a prepaid credit card. A prepaid credit, also known as a secured credit card is defined by bank rate as a credit card that,“…requires a cash collateral deposit that becomes the credit line for that account prepaid debit cards

We have options now : consumer protection bureau, report all credit company fraud to: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/
My "Forever Card" where I met all agreements was 16%, I took the cancel the card a freeze but they froze and changed it to a variable which now is over 23%. Not a single late payment or problem from my end. This is what the new Bureau of Consumer Protection will help with. I hope they will still help with this since I'm still paying.

This is the first time I had ever applied for a loan. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the staff that answered any of my questions to the application process. Once this had all been completed the money was transferred quickly into my account. I will definitely be recommending 911PDAY .COM ( http://goo.gl/EvYZBe ) too my friends and family.
