3 months behind on citicard $50,000 debt They scammed me

I am 3 months behind on Citicards.. I had a 12 month payment plan... It ended..I was called to set up another plan...I agreed to another 12 months at 0 percent... They directly removed from my checking account every month.. So the first month was fine.. the second month was fine.. Then I got a call saying I was behind... I said no, heres the date you took the payments from my account.. They said no, you have no payment plan.. Confused I said, I have it thats' why you are taking $550 every month...They said no, you don't qualify. Your payment is $1100 a month... I said you record the calls listen to the call on..I gave date and time.. Our system doesn't do that...I was told.. I called back two days later.. I was open with the agent.. I never missed a payment in 10 years.. this is killing me. She said they set up a payment plan, not arrangement the agent gets a bonus when they set them up... Now they say keep waiting till next month maybe we can offer something better... What should I do!!!??? I can't afford 1100 payments every month...
