Editor: Frequently the statement is made that we are in this deep recession since late 2007 because everyone lived beyond their means with credit, including subprime mortgages. Full Story

Wait just a minute Joe; are you implying we should be responsible for ourselves? What would happen to the 20% of our entitlement whining welfare maggots? We that work and are responsible have to provide for the lazy, conniving, weed burning, maggots!

Before anyone obtains government aid they should have to pass a urine drug test and if they have two children, mandatory sterilization, the choice would be theirs.

Wow, A little facist up there. LOL I can see the drug testing, but sterilization is a little harsh. Though I can agree I get tired of seeing people on welfare with 7 kids. Procreation at this stage in our evolution is rather unneccesary for most people. We're overpopulated as it is and for most people having their own child is more of an issue of vanity than actually wanting a child it seems to me. What can I say, I'm an advocate for adoption. With so many children abandoned by the very same people who suck the social services dry every year, I dont understand those who arent...*/end rant* sorry!
I understand the point of social services, but am definitly against those who missuse it. If I lost my job, I'd probably really need to use these services. However, even with my other half unemployed I havent found them necessary.(And he's been unemployed for 3 years) So I doubt most people on them actually NEED what they get. Some people just have NO pride. But I'll avoid the name calling and have no disrespect to those who actually need the help.
Would love to read the actual back up on these claims.

The first part of your rant is extremely bigoted and does not address the real poor, who do need it and all should be drug tested. If there on drugs, they need to lose their kids and go to a treatment facility.

For people who abuse the system, I agree sterilization of any man or women who lives off of the system with two kids should loose their right to procreate. If you can't afford to raise your kids, then you shouldn't be allowed to have more. Maybe, we should sterilize all of these men running around getting women pregnant and not paying for their support. Start snippin' and they'll start payin'.

Once upon a time I got on an online argument with someone on a topix forum who was torqued off that I stated that those living off of government assistance/social welfare should NOT reproduce. The entitlement mentality of many out there is incomprehensible.

You know, you are way off base to compare welfare recipients to maggots. Maggots actually perform a vital function in our world. They are nature's little cleanup crew.

Welfare recipients on the other hand provide absolutely nothing that benefits our society. Comparing them to parasites is probably a more congruous analogy:)

It must be nice not ever needing a helping hand and to be so gifted you can look down on everyone else. Guess what, some lose jobs even though they were hard workers. Some have lost life savings even though they pinched as many pennies as they could. Like they say Ship Happens and if it never happened to you, You should consider yourself very Blessed!

If it only takes 10% of the people to start a revolution, then I guess that 20% could cause a collapse.

This is the first time I had ever applied for a loan. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the staff that answered any of my questions to the application process. Once this had all been completed the money was transferred quickly into my account. I will definitely be recommending 911PDAY .COM ( http://goo.gl/44kQUQ ) too my friends and family.
