YEAH I WAS NAMED IN HIS ARTICLE!

I replied to his article in regards to our programs and stated what our program actually states.Like i said then, people don't pay attention to what they are checking, what they are signing or hearing and agree to it.Then when they get charged they are pissed. It's noones fault but there own.The programs do not confuse people in any way.Just as i said in the article I replied to, my 6 year old could understand it. We plainly tell them,if you have no balance and have no balance carried over, then you are not charged for the program. Any balance that is applied to your credit card you are charged 1.66 per 100.00 of your daily average balance. thats just an example of the price of one program.
If this program was out to scam people then they would not have another company listen to all the sales to insure that they are legit. If they feel the person did not agree to it or feel they agreed and give the impression they didn't really understand what they agreed to, then they kick that sale and it don't go through.
Ray messner was pissed because he applied for a promotion and when he didn't get it, he started all this shit.
I have had severa; people call wanting to cancel and when i go over the service, they have kept it and stated to me, when they took it, they really didn't pay attention to what was being said.
Theres alot of programs out there that does scam people but ,not this one!! The only people pissed are the ones who didn't pay attention to what they was signing up for or who was denied a benefit because they did not meet the requirements, which we mail out to people and we plainly tell them "PLEASE READ THE T&C AS THEY MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHT TO RECIEVE BENEFITS". Also most of the programs allow 90 days for the customer to try out the service and if they are not satisfied they get every dime refunded back to them.
When you have actually listened to a grown man cry to you ,thanking you for paying off his balance, well, thats when you know it's a damn good program.

I'M NOT GIVING OUT ANYTHING THAT HASN'T ALREADY BEEN SAID!!!!!!!!

So don't say i'm giving out anything, I simply replied to the article, which gave out alot of information, even if it was half truths and whole lies.
Ray Messner had already given out our full scripting and program information as well as alot of other employees.

If you get on here and talk about the size of your cubicle and what you do at the call center, you are giving out information that you signed you would not give out.

Just because others do it doesn't make it right. You claim to love your job so much, and I know you are good at it, but you are willing to jeopardize it all for a gossip forum? Makes no sense to me

Thats a shame, I just started out there and it seems like a great place to work. The program we sell works, i've sold it for other company for years and handled claims.

Its a great job! Don't worry about the rumors. They will always be there, I figure if they are talking about us at the call center they are giving someone else's job a break
