Reality is that the yearly assesment for MSBU services is too low, the unit does not raise enough money to provide minimum services (critical) it must be at the least doubled and over the long haul (7 years) it could be raised to levels reached in other communities in the area $150.00-$250.00 yearly, this would be more in tune with actual HOA.s (in other areas of the state) and cost of running a community.

Sunny Hills does not need employees who collect a salary from MSBU, insurance, retirement, etc etc
Sunny Hills just wants ALL assessment monies to go towards the debt. The county MUST mow the roads in unny Hills at least twice a year. THAT'S ENOUGH. Paying a salary and retirement plus all medical insurance DOES NOT benefit all lot owners per the MSBU directives.

Stop the nonsense.Let the county cut the grass 2X/y then hire independent contractor who pays salary, insurance on his own and cut the grass another 2X/y.Four times/y is enough. The rest pay msbu ASAP.

Can tell you are a dumb ass who only owns one lot and your home must be worth at least $40,000.00. Many of us own more than one lot. Since you think MSBU taxes should be raised, lets start out with you !! If your neighbor owns ten lots and you only own one, you should start out by paying at least ten times what he pays. That sounds like a fair deal doesn,t it.
Would love to hear back from you poster. Tell us your name, your lot number and when you are willing to start paying $250.00 a year. I am sure that Sunny Hills Civic Assoc. will welcome you in with open arms, they have been trying for several years now to get their President Glen Zanetic back onto the taxpayers payroll (MSBU) and with $250.00 a lot from each of you, the con and his croanies at the Civic Assoc. will be back into the lifestyle spending taxpayers lavishly.

Stop this idiocy with critical services. We pay taxes, the rest doesn't matter.Someone moves in into rural community and expect city life?If you think it is too low, hell put MSBU all over the county.Besides there are citizens who deliberatly do nothing with their property,so with 25,000 homestead exemption they pay 0 taxes but are using all critical services.
county has to mow roads

The extra tax is payed by Sunny Hills because they bitch too much. They always have their self inflicted problems and they want the county to fix their stupid little problems.

Nahhh,SH loves to bitch.Want to see you when you are going to pay extra 80$ bucks and the county is going to waste it.Besides,we have time, sleepless nights, from time to time we need to drink prune juice, take some BP pills or Cialis.Live here is very slow but CC are more slower then we are.For them making ANY decisions is almost impossible.

Deltona has left
People have left
Sunny Hills is going downhill
Why are you hiring to mow?
It's the county's job to mow!
Sunny Hills is 42 yrs old and only 5% filled
Do the math, you are not getting ahead!!
