eBay's fundamental fraud on its consumers
The fundamental fraud on consumers by eBay is eBay's demonstrably false claim to have sophisticated and proactive systems in place to control shill bidding fraud. Clearly, eBay has no such systems in place, and such a claim is therefore a "false representation for the purpose of making a gain and that is effectively a criminal fraud on eBay users, a deliberate and outrageous deception on eBays great many trusting users, leading those users to believe that the warm woolly coats on their backs are safe when, in fact, eBay is leading them into the shearing shed where eBays wolves are laying in wait. Indeed, eBay has been tacitly aiding and abetting, and effectively encouraging such criminal activity since the year dot, and particularly so since Johnny Ho introduced additional anonymity for bidding IDs in 2008, for no other reason than to further obscure shill bidding fraud from which eBay profits handsomely http://bit.ly/11F2eas
But, eBay is an equal opportunity fraudster
eBay is an equal opportunity fraudster: they will knowingly facilitate the defrauding of both buyers and sellers. Indeed, eBay isdemonstrablythe greatest knowing and calculated facilitator of the most massive, endemic, auction fraud on consumers that the world is ever likely to know and, doubtless, there will be a trickle down effect of like criminal activity to their other operations ...

This is the kind of story that has a just ending due to a Judge who can see it for what it really is. Thank god there are still some around who do the right thing for the consumer who is preyed upon by these unscrupulous companies over and over. These day it appears some companies feel what they don't tell you is o.k. Honesty is something in the past. Consumers are scammed everyday and one example is the life insurance companies who sell you policies but don't actually explain the difference, so after you've had it for 40 years or more, they then contact you and tell you it has to be cashed in because it's an endowment policy and you can't have it when you become a senior, and of course when you become a senior it is difficult and costly to get life insurance without paying an arm and a leg considering seniors are on a fixed income this becomes a problem. These institutions seem to think they can do what they want without consequences. "Go Get this one Judge."
