Clearly they aren't victims if they are being charged...and have admitted to guilt.

tt are you aka Tommy Trimble? If so I don't think you have the right say or judge anyone when you and your brothers are...oh I won't go there! Btw Man-o-War mortgage got closed down and is being investigated by KDFI and if memory serves me right one of the loans you have accused Howard of being a crook on was done by him was by the help of you and your brother Cub! Don't point the finger when he has admitted his guilt, but you have not! Ps have you been cashing any cashier checks lately!:)

You can't be tricked when you are in the business! They knew what he was doing was illegal!! They went along with him for the same reason he did it...GREED! They didn't care about doing illegal acts until they got caught! There is no doubt he is a crook, but the people you call victims...aren't!! They knew the business and wanted the money and were willing to do whatever to get it!

Howard could not have done it without some help from Kevin Mullins at republic State mortgage . He pled guilty and did the same stuff or more than Howard. People should be more choosey and check out there mortgage companies and loan officers.you really got to be careful when choosing a mortgage company and a real estate agent. My fiance' is in the same field and he would not deal with either of them or their companies. This just teaches the public to be really careful with who they choose. Get someone who is in it for the long haul and not just to showboat.this mortgage stuff has gotten ridiculous, it makes it hard for my fiance to sell a house! I hope this does not scare people off from buying a house.

The whole mortgage broker industry is a scam. They're all guilty of fraud. These 3 just got caught by some whistle blower or jealous individual. If the authorities really wanted to make a difference they would shut the whole damn industry down and do away with mortgage brokers. What is the purpose of banks? I'm sure there are many more guilty parties involved.

Who would be jealous? Why because these 3 tried to make a profit? Wonder which one of the crooks got the biggest benefit? My guess is John Howard.

I just can't wait for the others involved to make the paper! It's funny to me that everyone wants to blame one person and say only one person benefited from these transactions! That is just ridiculous! Btw I think they put a certain someones name in the paper to make a lot of people nervous!!! I think he is low on the list!

With this case who else would be involved? Who else profited. Curious it seems you know more about this case then the rest of us. Could you be one of the people involved?

No I'm not one the guilty, I do know everyone involved though! I'm not sure why you keep committing on this unless you are one of them or know them! I'm just saying that your original comment of Howard being the mastermind is pretty funny. They are all equally guilty in my book...they did all plead guilty you know!!! It's not our right to judge anyone! I'm sure they will receive their punishments and move on with their lives!

the industry has many that were shady and laid low while former affiliated partners went to jail. One of the biggest in the state used to be in business with a couple of attorney's that were round L-Burg one of which wound up in jail but this guy laid low for a couple years and then started to grow his business. It looks like Republic State Mortgage although many bad reviews nationwide are coming through a bad stage that saw one of the local principals narrowly escape jail. Looks like the business is doing well although you have to wonder if the folks left returned any of the substantial profits that were wrongly gained(i doubt it) and wonder how much the feds are still looking at the company with all the complaints they have nationwide.
