Does anyone know if any of the 3 previously worked in the Philippines for a prepaid visa card Co., that Walmart sells for this company? If you buy one of these and think it's a piece of cake as a gift, you have another think coming. It is dangerous. It does not clearly state on the outside of the package that you MUST give them your social security number to activate it. If it was, nobody would buy them. News stories have indicated most of the identity theft comes out of foreign countries. Buyer Beware.

Found it does show on the outside of the package in tiny letters at the bottom. So ultimately it is the buyers problem for believing an employee can give details on a product they sell. Obviously employees are not trained to know about this product, so if a consumer makes a mistake, they are the dupe. Learn by mistakes! This was a big one for me.
