I was served a "rule to vacate or show cause" today for non payment of rent. In the letter it says "failure to vacate or respond within ten days may result in the issuance of writ or ejectment " does this mean in ten days they are gonna come in here and physically remove me my family and my stuff ?

May be so or maybe not! You should read this link that will explain in detail the law in South Carolina. If you respond then you may be able to stall the eviction by as much as a year. If you do not respond then you can and most likely will be moved out by the Sheriffs Office. If by chance you are not in South Carolina then other laws may rule.

in the state of sc if you rent from a owner of a fully furnished condo with a one year lease and after being there for for years is he to make or up grade the condo during your stay and dose writings on the wall by children fall under natural wear and tear after being for four years and how long should waite to have something to be replaced by the owner broke
"writings on the wall by children fall under natural wear and tear after being for four years"???

Are you serious? Children writing on walls is NEVER "natural" or normal wear. It is irresponsible child supervision, the damage is your pay. Paint fading is natural wear. If your carelessness and irresponsibility or misuse is the cause of things being broken you might get one fix but keep it up and you need to pay for damage or be booted.

The habitable condition of the place when you moved in should be the way it continues to be except for normal wear and tear, like paint fading, or faucet and toilet leaks.
