I think Phil or his accountants probably have a good idea of how much he pays in taxes. Poster jgreen summed it up best accounting for things like adjusted income and capped deductions.

The rap on Phil Mickelson is nothing but class and success envy. Mickelson didn't earn that money in a vacum or by simply playing golf. He is one of the best in the world. Can the average socialist,communist and/or progessivist say they are one of the best in the world and/or one of the most productive at their IN THE WORLD?
