Sen. Dick Durbin said Sunday that his Democratic colleagues in the House and Senate should be willing to address entitlement programs like Medicare and Medicaid in deficit reduction negotiations.

get the fraud out
No more SSI for non-contributors. SS and SSDI benefits and amounts are based on a persons contributions into the system. SSI is given to millions that contributed NOTHING to the SS coffers. SSI is the illegals and gimme crowds cash cow, cut that off and only give contributors their SS benefits that they paid into every paycheck for decades. Same thing for medicare, if you made contributions, you get the benefit. No pay-in, no medicare.
Medicaid and medicare are loaded with fraudulent claims, the frauds are reported constantly. Put the same fraud emphasis into these 2 programs that the IRS puts into the tax system.
