Arizona Lender Donates Interest Profits to Charity
As the housing market continues to rebound in Arizona and across the nation, one mortgage lender is offering an altruistic twist on the home-buying process.
Through their Charity Advantage loan program, Arizona-based Nations Choice Mortgage is donating 100% of the interest profits earned during the first year of new mortgage loans to charity. The program applies to 30-year fixed-rate residential mortgages.> FULL STORY
