Let me get this straight, if congress doesn't approved an increased debt ceiling and spending, Obama will make cuts to Medicare and Veterans benefits? Gee maybe if I ran my household budget the way the White House does, I'd have nothing to worry about.

Why do they not start making pay cuts for Congress, since they conveniently voted themselves undeserved raises? They shouldn't even get paid since they're not doing the work they're supposed to be doing.

Of course. Even though Obama himself as a Senator voted against raising the debt limit under Bush. Amazing how his mind works when it for him.

No they won't. It might not matter if Hillary comes clean. Then Obama can negotiate from a jail cell.

Yep, if they don't point to the boys lies, and the fact it's his spending that is at stake, not paying the bills. There is plenty to pay our bills with, but welfare, planned parenthood and SSI for illegals are not bills and do not have to be paid out of the (cough) budget. Even though we haven't had one for four years of Obama and Reid.
