It is my opinion that every American patriot should ask their local newspaper, what their platform is regarding the illegal immigration epidemic? Each media outlet should be evaluated if they continually publish that everybody who enters America illegally is an 'Immigrant."

This will simply identify the pro-illegal immigration advocates in every newspaper, throughout this nation. Then citizens and legal residents can justify canceling their subscription if they choose.

Then many newspapers address their decision, stating that enforcement of illegal immigrants must be operated on a Federal level?

This is quite untrue:

Our Country’s Constitution, states are bound under the Supremacy Clause to enforce federal immigration laws. The statutory law of the United States is part of state law just as if it were written into state statute. This is why I am so disappointed that many of our cities and police administrators have made the political decision to not enforce the law. There is no legal barrier hindering local police from inquiring about a person’s immigration status and then acting upon the information they gather. This was codified in a 2005, 9 – 0 landmark decision, by the U.S. Supreme Court in Muehler vs. Mena.

However I do agree with the the majority of newspapers and national media, that Federal enforcement is a must..?

Senate amnesty vote postponed 'til next week -- time to create grassroots firestorm to stop it!

Because the House of Representatives unexpectedly delayed the Iraq supplemental spending bill late Thursday, the full Senate won't be allowed today to vote on the amnesty bill that the Senate Appropriations Committee unexpectedly took up and approved Thursday.

Rosemary Jenks (Vice President, Government Relations, numbersusa.com ) just finished reading the Iraq supplemental spending bill as it came out of committee. It would:

*Grant a three-year work visa followed by a permanent greencard to all illegal aliens who have been working as shepherds, goat herders and dairy herders.
*Grant a five-year work visa to the estimated 1.3 million illegal aliens working in other agricultural jobs -- plus all of their families. There is no instruction on what happens after the five years.
*Grant a tripling of the maximum number of H-2B visas for lower skill, non-agricultural seasonal workers.
*Grant industries an extra 218,000 additional permanent green cards for skilled foreign workers.

Rosemary says you don't have to have spent much time in the fields to qualify for Feinstein and Craig's amnesty.
You only have to meet ONE of the following three criteria to get the amnesty:

*Earned $7,000 working in agriculture during the 2004-2007 period.
*Or worked 863 hours in agriculture during the 2004-2007 period.
*Or worked at least a little bit in agriculture on 150 different days during the 2004-2007 period.
That amounts to an average of $1,750 per year ...
*... or 216 hours per year (the equivalent of 4 hours per week)...
*... or parts of 37 days per year.

DO THEY THINK THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE STUPID AND THAT WE COULD POSSIBLY ACCEPT THAT ILLEGAL ALIENS WORKING THAT LITTLE IN AGRICULTURE ARE ESSENTIAL TO THE SURVIVAL OF AGRI-BUSINESS IN AMERICA!!!!!!

If McCain can keep this country from becoming much more of a third world cesspool, then I'm for him. Now, if Villaragosa were running for president...that would be down right scary. The United States would definately become Los Estados Unidos and local towns would become Pomexico, Ranch Cucamexico, Fontexico, Chunterio, Monteclara....etc.

I have no respect for any American Latino that supports illegal immigrants and their lawlessness. Just because they are "raza" doesn't mean that their lawlessness should be supported.
