Similar incident have also occurred in many other states and county there the seller were asking the Bitcoin price to high so the end result was not a single buyer turn up to take a look at the property which was offered this occurs because buyers who would be going to incest thee hard earn money in some institutes to be trusted like bank etc but many bank do not consider Bitcoin as a currency.
