my husand and i had $1200.00 direct deposited into our account. we file jointly and have 2 dependents, are we suppose to receive $600.00 more? who do we contact at the irs to find out. they don't ever give you a number to call because they don't want you to bother them. thanks.

This does not include the dependents.
We had $1200 deposited into our account:$600 for each spouse, filing jointly with NO dependents.
she needs to call someone and find out what happened.
