Now that you have gone completely off topic, lets point out where you have proven nothing. The guy is the wheelchair [if in fact you know them...?] they make $80.000 a year according to you, as if they would tell you! They're not angry about the job that -You Used to have] that would be You. It's easy to read, lying about what happened won't help. Don't put people down for being less fortunate what goes around comes around. You did prove that!

In my position, I got to see his salary. He didn't have to tell me squat. I'm far from putting him down....you should be so lucky to have his intelligence and ambition. Your posts suggest you do not.

I bet you're more like the cigarette broad in the article (the TOPIC here, as you need to be reminded of)...wanking around in life crying for handouts. The public dole pays for her housing, yet she has the gall to cry that they don't allow her to smoke in the apartment they help her live in. That's arrogant and ungrateful.

If she wants to smoke in an apartment, let her fully fund her own rent. That's my point, and she's a centerpiece of the article. Anything you post I dismiss as the ramblings of some rural hick methhead welfare flunkie who actually can relate to her supposed "situation". I know I'm not far from the truth.

Public housing should be smoke-free. You're given the privilege of living there, you should respect the place and follow the rulesa. If the rules change to non-smoking, suck it up and smoke somewhere else. If you don't like it, save up and get a place of your own. If the woman has a physical disability, as Joe claims, she can buy an electronic cigarette.

Public housing should be smoke free. That was the point. Added to the point was that Volusia County government allows for slum lords and drug lords, to operate without fear of reprisal They will pick a fight over the idea that smoking is a major problem, over the idea that the owner of the heritage motel can operate before and after, the motel was raided for being a meth lab!! The city commissioner Joyce Cussack will publicly argue with the DB. chief of police by making the owner of that motel a member of the fictional H.AA board, which is nothing more than a slush fund. Honey their is not privilege to public housing it's still just the idea of a government telling you what your not entitled to and wanting you to feel lucky for having it! Volusia county deserves better!

The electronic cigarettes are no safer than the real thing regardless of what the slick advertising says. These people will say anything to take your money even though their product contains DIETHYLENE GLYCOL (car anti-freeze) and NITROSAMINE which are both toxic to the body. Using an ecig in public should be treated as the real thing because the inconsiderate users are breathing out nasty water vapor from their lungs and blowing their old cigarette residue PLUS these poisons from the egig out on the people around them. If someone uses one while you are in a restaurant, ask the manager to handle the situation or walk out! See: Dangers of ecigs

This was an interesting point. Not off topic because it deals with government issues and misplaced priorities. The forethought of knowing that SOMEONE specific- would avoid the point of the housing authority [Habitat for Humanity]- being used as a slush by the local government!

for some solving a smoke free issue means that the public housing slush fund is a privilege - that the answer to solving the problem is throwing people on the street because if they can afford to smoke and can't afford to pay their rent they should be homeless for invading someone else's right to breath. But that wasn't a part of the topic. The topic still remains of having a smoke free environment without violating someone's =idea- of what they choose or want to do. Create your own smoke free environment like the rest of us. Don't stand next to people or look for people that smoke so that you can have something to complain about! When you do that You just become somebodies lil' biotch that gets owned!

You're talking in circles. And you missed both the article's topic as well as my point. The article is about smokers in public housing. I noted that smokers don't have smoking rights when they're under someone else's roof. Period. Anything you add to that is off topic. Like your rants about poor oppressed cancer stick addicts who can't smoke wherever they want. That is just a soap box rant unrelated to the article. That is OFF TOPIC. Get it? Of course you don't. LOL.

In fact you did agree with this. You have contended that it's about taking away rights. To the point of smoke or get out. You've continuous made the point of what you want the article to be about, as if there should be a long discussion on how screwed up your idea is. Going after Americans for their right to live where they choose, blaming them because the money is coming out of your pocket- unless of course your web address is correct- it might be ? In which case Florida does not pay State tax, it has nothing to do with you! You still don't get it! Of course you don't!
