my wife and i just went there i had high expectations for a good BBQ place. the menu is hard to follow not clear i asked the blonde waitress about a BBQ sandwich platter and she showed me something on the menu and when i received it ,it was just pulled pork on a bun and i had to dress it myself with light flavored BBQ sauce from table. my pulled pork had two bones in it and my wifes burger was medium rare. the price was fair but i didnt receive what i was looking for. the rack of ribs doesnt get served until after 5pm i think the blonde told me and dont know if you have to self BBQ it too. anyhow this was my review.

I was expecting NC style pulled pork. The sauce is more Gulf Coast ree bbq sauce, not NC vinegar based.

One good thing is that they allow you to bring in your own beer. Thats as down home as it gets!!! I hate going in restaurants and paying the mark up on beer. Why dont other restaurants give that option? It would increase food sales. Plan on doing a Poker Run soon and they will be first on the list!!!! Great Barbecue especially when you can bring your own beer without breaking the bank because of the markup!#1 place to eat in Chillicothe!
Red Lobster, TumbleWeed, Longhorn, you better re-think, this is the way to go!!!

Plain pulled pork on a cold bun on styro plate w plastic utensils. Put ur sauce on urself at table - cheap thin sauce. For price, i'd have expected alot more. Wont be back!

Food is good. But he's right. A little over priced for how many corners they cut with disposable stuff and making you sauce your own meet and buy krogers buns and rolls

Went 2x last week. Good food. You can get more than enough good food for cheaper than a chain. The sides are homestyle and very good. I'll be a regular
