Say do the black & wetback drug dealing street gangs count as small business retailers or are they considered big box retailers?

I don't know how Detroit taxes them boys on total sales or % of profits or the numbers of people they kill?

Drug sales should bring a lot of much needed revenue to da city.

sure wish I had the ammunition outlets in da city.
