That scam sounds like something Mikey Mgrdichian would fall for if he had any money. Since he has no cash or assets it doesn't matter.

I'm just gonna say it: Joyce should have been charged.

Why was Joyce (Jeff's sister who owns the real estate company where all these shenanigans took place) allowed to profit immensely and not charged?

Jerry Kerley's profit was limited to his regular title company fees and yet he was found guilty? And, yes, he is responsible if one of his closing agents was the one involved in the fraud.

But not Joyce?

Unless, of course, she's a stupid idiot and therefore unaware of what was taking place under her nose and at family gatherings. Joyce is not a license agent, she's just the owner of the real estate company. Is that how she escaped trial?

Is Joyce a stupid idiot? Or, is she the craftiest one of 'em all and big money to prove it?
