Hi all,
I have about 400K in my 401K after a 25years in a company. I am not very knowledgeable about what my options are at this point. Company went belly up and laid off lots of people, I am one of them. I am 56 years old and not ready for retirement. My 401K money still sits with the company at no cost to me. The issue is that I don't trust the company future. Should I roll over into an IRA with a solid financial company and just pay a minimum fee for handling my money or leave it alone ?
I know that there are lots of sharks everywhere wanting to make money on my money, please donít bother. I want some sincere feedback and advice.
